Duration:
12 Months contract
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Fills requisitions for specialized or diversified line or apparatus. Draws on resources within the organization in order to meet the needs of the production cycle. Provides estimated product completion information. May be involved in schedule preparation and/or shipments. Sorts, posts and files inventory records and production schedules. Estimates and records production rates, prepares shop orders and reviews stock records to determine stock status against project requirements.
Qualifications:
Must be able to communicate primarily in English, bilingual preferred. This position requires knowledge that is acquired through experience, specialized education, or training. The role has clearly defined procedures and tasks as well as defined guidelines to aid in decision making. The job should possess a good knowledge and comprehensive understanding of the range of processes, procedures, and systems to be used in carrying out assigned tasks and a basic understanding of the underlying concepts & principles upon which the job is based. The knowledge can be acquired through a combination of job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience. The job works within well-defined procedures that may involve a variety of work routines. This job typically requires a minimum of 3 or more years’ experience. Excellent oral and written skills. Must have excellent organizational and business skills. Must have strong proficiency in MS software (Word, Exc3el, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.). SAP experience preferred.
