None Job Summary Cheney Brothers is looking for hard-working, motivated individuals to join our warehouse team. Job Responsibilities/Requirements Obtain damage data from systems. Analyze and interpret data, and communicate findings. Generate and distribute reports. Post data for relevant employees to see. Investigate and follow up on issues related to damages, short-dated items, and related corrective actions. Engage with employees and assist management engage with employees to help reduce or prevent damages and shrinkage. Attend pre-shift meetings to discuss damage concerns. Work alongside the repack department to help reduce damages. Facilitate and present during damage meetings. Participate in developing company-wide best practices. Promote a team-based approach to reduce damages. Serve as a damage ambassador. Microsoft Office experience is required. SAP and AS400 experience preferred but not required. Requires interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of the organization. Must be able to facility and lead meetings. Prior warehouse experience is preferred.
