Our company is a leader in the retail construction, facility maintenance, and project management industries. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Vendor Coordinator to join our team. The Vendor Coordinator will be responsible for sourcing new vendors, and maintaining compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience in vendor sourcing and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing vendors/ sub contractors for Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Locksmith, Overhead door, etc. work orders nationwide.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
- Discuss pricing, and terms with vendors to secure favorable agreements
- Monitor vendor performance to ensure adherence to quality standards and delivery timelines
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand business needs and develop strategies for vendor selection
- Resolve any issues or disputes that arise with vendors in a timely and professional manner
Skills:
- Proven experience in vendor management, sourcing, and procurement management
- Exceptional organizational skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with vendors and internal teams
