Overview:

Logistics Administrative Support position will be responsible to help provide service to our customers through our freight brokerage offering. This will include data entry, tracking and tracing, documents collection and uploading along with problem solving for customers and carrier partners. The position is high paced, detail oriented, and highly rewarding with opportunity to grow into larger role.

Minimum Requirements:

Excellent interpersonal skills, along with effective oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish Proficient computer skills using web-based tools, along with internal data entry system Strong in time management and organizational skills, and able to handle multiple tasks at a time Reliable, energetic, and willing to learn each day to improve as an individual within the team In office position with potential flexibility for a day as week remote

English/Spanish Responsibilities:

Data entry/load building on daily basis into Lipman Logistics transportation management system for all business secured and executed Tracking and tracing status of hired carrier partner truck from moment of booking until delivery Serve as resource for branch staff, customers, or prospects to troubleshoot and problem solve Daily follow up on service and cost issues which require the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally on phone and in writing with customers. Actively support branch management and sales brokers to ensure accounts receivable and payables for office are settled within net terms agreements Upon request support AP team in collection of all necessary paperwork from carrier partners and uploading to accounting system to invoice customers on a daily basis Other duties may be assigned
