Salary:

$18.28 – $22.86 per hour based on experience
What work will you perform?
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with operational and regulatory standards through accurate recordkeeping, audit preparation, documentation management, and training. As a Cold Chain Quality Coordinator, you will leverage your experience in quality-driven audits to proactively manage Cold Chain requirements and help prevent service failures. This position plays a critical role in maintaining high standards of quality and compliance across all related processes.

Essential Responsibilities:

Prepare for and participate in audits from customers, internal auditors, and external ISP auditors.
Maintain all program templates and documentation, including back up documentation for transactional level auditing.
Work with agents and owner operators to make sure initial and recurring training requirements are met.
Add and remove authorized participants within the program as needed.
Evaluate materials from potential agents, customers, owner operators, and equipment specification to ensure criteria meets minimum qualifications to participate in the program.
Review and complete customer RFI (Request for Information) Keep leadership team informed of risks, opportunities for improvement, success stories, etc.

Required Minimum Experience and Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
One year of quality management and audit experience in the transportation/logistics industry.

Preferred Experience and Education:

Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university
One year of temperature-controlled compliance experience
Working knowledge of Department of Transportation (DOT) and Federal Highway Administration (FHA) regulations
