High school diploma or GED Forklift certified with current license preferred Knowledge of computerized inventory and tracking systems Ability to operate hand tools and mechanical equipment Ability to operate personal computer Ability to communicate effectively Two years experience in warehouse operations or the equivalent Background in material handling, purchasing, and stock control preferred Saturdays are a MUST Process receiving, discrepancy, and damage reports as needed. Move inventory to various locations manually and by operating mechanical equipment, including forklift (if certified), pallet jack, and handcart. Load and unload delivery trucks by hand or with a pallet jack. Perform inventory counts on a bi weekly basis Prepare shipments and pallets Utilize our inventory system to keep accurate inventory records Operate tools, equipment, and machinery according to prescribed safety procedures. Follow established safety procedures and techniques to perform job duties including lifting, climbing, etc. Correct unsafe conditions in the work area and report any conditions that are not correctable to the supervisor immediately. Other Duties as Assigned None. However, there is room to grow in the position. Computer, ladder, dolly, scaffolding, fork lift, pallet jack, box knife, and small hand tools.

Mental Demands/Physical Demands/Environmental Factors:

Moderate walking, standing, and/or climbing; heavy lifting and carrying, stooping, bending, kneeling, and reaching. Work outside and inside; work around machinery with moving parts; work around moving objects or vehicles; exposure to dampness and humidity; work on ladders and scaffolding; exposure to slippery and uneven surfaces.
