In this role, you’ll help manage time-critical shipments across the U.S. and Canada during overnight hours. Responsibilities Coordinate hot-shot, ground expedite, and truckload shipments Communicate with drivers, carriers, and customers via phone and email Bid on shipments and negotiate competitive rates Track and trace freight in real-time using our logistics tools Ensure shipment accuracy using our Transportation Management System Provide timely updates to customers on delivery status Support the operations team with time-sensitive problem solving Build and maintain strong customer relationships Qualifications Experience in freight brokerage or transportation (preferred but not required) Strong communication and negotiation skills Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and general computer skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment Self-starter who works well independently and on a team Comfortable working overnight hours Why Join Us?
