How you will contribute
Procure infrastructure, network, and A/V equipment for real estate buildouts
Procure laptops in alignment with global standards and catalog
Coordinate services related to network and A/V equipment for real estate buildouts
Manage procurement of software related to hardware
Oversee maintenance contracts for hardware
Track orders and maintain procurement records
Handle financial chargebacks
Collaborate with real estate, engineering, field services, and other stakeholders as needed
Ensure adherence to policies, processes, contracts, SLAs, and vendor management best practices
Qualifications
Prior experience in global procurement or vendor management
Strong ServiceNow skills is preferred
Knowledge of project management principles
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization
Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint)
Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and documentation skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
