Immediate Logistics Coordinator Job Description We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator who will be responsible for managing equipment against orders in SAP and maintaining freight settlements as required. The role involves using and updating OIS, PLS, and Excel applications to prepare and coordinate accurate information for timely rail car billing. Responsibilities Create and nominate equipment against orders in SAP. Maintain or adjust freight settlement where required. Use and update OIS, PLS, and Excel applications. Prepare and coordinate correct, concise, and accurate information to facilitate timely rail car billing. Essential Skills Minimum of 2 years experience in logistics or supply chain. Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP System. Strong skills in MS Excel. Experience with freight and freight invoices.
