Key Responsibilities:

Driver Management:
Maintain daily communication with assigned drivers via phone to build strong relationships. Focus on driver retention by ensuring their needs are met and fostering a positive working environment. 2.
Load Booking & Planning:
Ensure drivers’ expectations are met, including home-time, pay, and days on the road. Communicate with customers to secure freight and maintain strong relationships. Prepare RFQs (Request for Quotes) and spot quotes for new and existing customers. Set up new customer accounts and onboard them efficiently. 3.
Dispatching:
Send dispatch instructions to drivers, ensuring they receive and fully understand the information. Provide updates as needed. Analyze any arising issues and provide effective solutions to keep operations running smoothly. Ensure compliance with specific load requirements, adhering to customer and regulatory guidelines. 4.
Tracking & Tracing:
Monitor and track the status of deliveries to ensure on-time performance and address delays proactively. Keep customers informed with regular shipment status updates and resolve any inquiries or concerns. Respond promptly to customer update requests via email and phone communication. 5.
Accessorial Resolution:
Report and resolve accessorial charges, ensuring timely and efficient handling of additional fees or services. 6.
Software Proficiency:
Utilize tracking tools and software efficiently to enhance performance and streamline operations. Use CRM systems to build loads, dispatch drivers, and improve overall workflow. 7.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with departments such as Safety, Operations, and Accounting to ensure optimal service delivery and operational efficiency.
Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Bilingual (English/Spanish)

- Required; logistics experience is a plus.
Strong customer service experience and a positive, honest attitude. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail. Computer proficiency, including required knowledge of Excel . Strong organizational and coordination abilities. Quick learner with a desire for growth and a team-oriented mindset.
