Candidates must have a strong desire to serve the Church by promoting vocations to the priesthood and religious life. This team member should be tech-oriented and able to learn various online platforms and systems. Many aspects of this position require on-the-job training, so a general technical inclination & proficiency is the primary requirement. This is a full-time, on-site position in beautiful Tallahassee, FL.
Key responsibilities would include:
Database Creation & Maintenance Create and manage Airtable databases Provide training and ongoing support for database users Mailing Project Coordination Manage mail lists in Excel Complete mail merge and printing Use ShippingEasy software for shipping projects Be able to handle multiple projects concurrently
Weekly Discernment E-Newsletter:
Assist in the creation, management, and deployment of “Art of Discernment” e-newsletter. Ecommerce Assist with updating WooCommerce online store Maintain and manage marketing lists Assist with Google ads Manage and update product listings on Amazon Post new listings and maintain accurate inventory records. Reporting Prepare and deliver shipping and sales reports. Manage royalties for authors Provide administrative support invoicing Order Fulfillment Periodically assist with order fulfillment Packing and shipping orders when necessary Skills & Experience Previous experience in logistics, data management, or fulfillment is a plus. Familiarity with database management and CRM tools is advantageous. Ecommerce experience is also desirable Start date is May or June 2025 Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
