Tallahassee State College is thrilled to announce a grant-funded opening for the position of Program Logistics and Grants Coordinator with Department of Juvenile Justice . We are looking for someone who shares our commitment to fostering a vibrant workplace community. What You’ll Do As a Program Logistics and Grants Coordinator, you’ll provide direction and oversight to staff and reports directly to the Project Director. Assists in the facilitation and enforcement of all program coordination related to the Anchor program including data management, grant administration, reporting, coordinating training and overseeing all aspects of the program. Day-to-day, you’ll be responsible for: Coordinates the planning and preparation of Anchor Project with guidance from Project Director. Plans and coordinates program activities for program participants. Develops daily activities and metrics to measure success. Works closely with instructors to determine student success. Analyzes and interpret documentation provided by program participants for applicability, accuracy and authenticity. Provides assistance to the Project Director regarding all reporting activity. Maintains accurate and current records of compliance and student issues. Develops and maintains database and systems for recording and tracking students, metrics and student information. Responds timely to request for information from schools, DJJ, TCC and other stakeholders. Reviews the grant award and allocated budget to ensure program projects and resources are being used to maximize the return on investment. Monitors and maintains program budget and other project specific items such as inventory tracking. Our ideal candidate will have:

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university. Two years of related experience coordinating educational programs, grant administration, teaching/training or related field Preference given to candidates with experience in Workforce Planning and Development.
