Position Summary:
This position is part of the Inventory Optimization Team. This role contributes to the success of the company by developing accurate demand forecasts to drive inventory planning, inbound scheduling, and purchasing decisions. This role works cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to align forecasts with business goals, improve service levels, and optimize inventory turnover. The Deman Planner supports our vision by having high level procurement knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively with team members across all levels of management.

PM Major Duties Include:
Inventory Planning:
Analyzes inventory levels and trends to optimize stock levels and minimize excess inventory, using Valogix Develops and maintains SKU-level demand forecasts using historical data, statistical models, and input from Sales team Improves forcast accuracy by analyzeing variances between forecast and actual sales Collaborates with Sales team and Origin team to align supply plans with demand projections Identifies trends, seasonality, promotions, and market shifts that may impact demand Reviews history exceptions and adjusts the forecast to align with future demand requirements Ensures Valogix forecasting tools and systems are consistently maintained and accurate Communicates risks and opportunities related to demand shifts or constraints in supply Supply Chain & Cross-Functional Coordination Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between production schedules, inventory levels, and customer demand Collaborates with stakeholders across departments, including Supply Chain, Origin Logistics, Sales, and Customer Service, to ensure alignment of supply chain activities with overall business objectives Identifies opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancements within the supply chain Maintains the integrity of Supply Chain data in ERP by implementing controls and validation checks to prevent errors or inconsistencies Participates in meetings and discussions to provide input on supply chain strategies and initiatives
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Compiles and analyzes data related to inventory levels, supply chain performance, and logistics metrics Proactively identifies areas for improvement and recommends actionable solutions based on data analysis Prepares monthly forecast reviews and demand planning reports for executive stakeholders with actionable insights and recommendations
Other Duties:
Participates in special projects and duties as needed and handles emergency requests and assignments Actively participates and engages during all one-on-one and group meetings Records personal daily punches and approves accurate bi-weekly time and attendance records Performs other duties as assigned Promotes our FOH® Culture in all interactions
Education, Experience & Computer Skills:
College degree preferred Certification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field experience Minimum 2+ years’ experience in supply chain management, inventory planning, or logistics operationsProficient in all Microsoft Applications, Excel required Proficient with ERP systems, SAP Business One preferred Proficient with Supply Chain/ Inventory Planning software, Valogix preferred Skills Needed for
