Full Time Permanent Doral Office (not remote) Bilingual English and Spanish (verbal and written) Looking someone with strong office skill set Logistics Coordinator Job Description The logistics coordinator will be responsible for organizing and providing efficient transportation and storage solutions for the entire lifecycle of our products, from the manufacturer of the raw materials to the customer.
Logistics Coordinator Responsibilities:
Coordinating domestic incoming and export shipments Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments Processing Warehouse Receipts of incoming orders Monitoring shipments, costs, and timelines Addressing and resolving shipment issues. Preparing all internal documentation for export such as: Instructions to the warehouse for packing and marking Preparing labels Preparing instructions to the freight forwarder Preparing invoices, packing lists, letter to the customer, certificates of Origin Setting up of certificates of analysis, Technical Data sheets and Safety Data sheets Notifying the customer via email of shipment details Following up of shipments from Departure to Arrival at destination Answering customer queries.
Logistics Coordinator Requirements:
High school diploma/GED required. 3+ years of experience in logistics in an export company preferred. Working knowledge of shipping regulations, Incoterms and ISO requirements. Hazmat knowledge preferred Excellent communication skills. Highly detail-oriented Good organizational skills. Strong problem-solving skills. PM Salary:
$22 to $25 an hour depending on experience
