Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Logistics Coordinator to support our Deployment Team in managing crew assignments and ensuring compliance with international employment documentation requirements. In this role, you ll help coordinate the onboarding process for shipboard personnel, maintain staffing levels, and ensure all necessary documentation and logistics are completed in a timely and accurate manner. You will also serve as a key point of contact, working cross-functionally with Shipboard Operations, Finance, Accounting, and Legal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with international employment documentation requirements and internal policies Coordinate travel and logistics for crew members joining vessels Maintain accurate records and support staffing/manning levels across multiple locations Secure and verify employment and travel documentation Provide clear communication and support to incoming crew Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues related to deployment and logistics

Preferred Experience:

1-2 years in logistics, staffing coordination, HR support, or a similar administrative role Experience in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment

Required Skills:
