Logistics Coordinator Natural Vitamins Laboratory Opa-locka, FL 33054 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the supply chain process, ensuring efficient logistics operations, and maintaining effective communication with suppliers and internal teams. This position requires strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities Purchasing & Raw Material as per-standard Operation procedure (GN 028-00) Responsible for provides documentation (Bill & Lading, Packing Slip, Purchase order, COA and other supplied document to Quality Assurance for sampling on time manner. Process purchase orders for raw material, packing component. Maintain Google Sheet for all purchase orders. Make pickup arrangements for Raw Materials, Packing Component, Laboratory standard, material, and machinery. Coordinate Delivery for finished goods. Keep track of receiving documents. Make note in Epicor that include receiving date, Qty, Received along with batch numbers. Maintain Batch Logs. Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy Making special shipping arrangements as necessary Tracking and fixing shipping errors Managing distribution Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized Follow-ups for tracking number, shipping of goods with number If you are passionate about logistics and supply chain management, possess the necessary skills, and are ready to contribute to our team’s success, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
