Logistics Coordinator 3.8 3.8 out of 5 stars Miami, FL 33186 Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the flow of goods and services, ensuring that our logistics operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to analyze data, and a keen understanding of inventory management and distribution processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate air/ ocean/export/import shipments and related activities in accordance with customer and/or forwarding agent requirements, and company objectives Arrange cargo transportation with all applicable parties. Create and maintain detailed shipment files. Establish and/or maintain detailed customer-service profiles. Monitors shipments and always keep all parties informed of the shipment status . Good customer service and communication skills ability to build report with clients to win more freight forwarding opportunities. US export-compliance training preferred.
