DESCRIPTION
SuperCom is seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and hands-on Logistics & Monitoring Support Specialist to join our 24/7 operations and support center. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly detail-oriented, and enjoys both physical and technical tasks. The role involves coordinating equipment logistics, handling hardware, and supporting monitoring activities from our Miami office.
The position includes:
Coordinate the shipping, receiving, inventory, and tracking of monitoring equipment and accessories. Perform equipment setup, configuration, testing, and quality checks prior to deployment. Maintain accurate inventory records , ensure timely replenishment of stock, and manage returns and repairs. Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting for equipment-related issues via phone, email, and ticketing systems. Assist in monitoring alert processing according to defined protocols and escalate issues when necessary. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Work primarily during day shifts with the ability to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays as part of a 24/7 team.
REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Prior experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or inventory management Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Basic understanding of hardware and software components. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a high-volume environment. Positive attitude and reliability under pressure. Experience in a technical support or monitoring role – a plus. Currently pursuing or holding a technical or logistics-related degree – an advantage.
