We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics and Billing Specialist to join our team in Medley, FL. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless flow of goods through our warehouse while supporting logistics coordination and billing processes. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring strong organizational, communication, and bilingual (English/Spanish) skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in alignment with company procedures and customer account requirements Schedule and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely deliveries and pickups Collaborate with carriers, internal departments, and customer accounts to resolve any shipment-related issues or discrepancies Maintain accurate inventory records; perform regular cycle counts and audits Prepare and process shipping documentation such as bills of lading and packing lists Utilize warehouse management systems (Amicus and Beyond Perfection) to track orders, monitor quality control, and manage inventory Work alongside the HACCP Coordinator to ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations Identify areas for improvement in warehouse operations and propose cost-effective solutions Support billing activities for designated customer accounts Enter quality control grades as required for specific accounts

Requirements:

Bilingual (English and Spanish) – Required Prior experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, warehouse, or billing roles Proficiency with warehouse management systems and shipping software (Amicus, Beyond Perfection preferred) Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Flexible to work a fixed shift (11 AM to 8 PM), with potential shift changes to morning or late day
