You will fully own the end-to-end supply chain, procurement systems (sourcing, documentation, pricing, timing), manufacturing, and fulfillment solutions and relationships. End-to-end supply chain ownership and execution: from raw material procurement through finished product delivery. Identify, negotiate, and manage supplier and manufacturing relationships, negotiations, and performance. Manage and optimize 3PL, logistics, and freight partners to drive cost efficiency and delivery performance.

Build and maintain procurement systems:

work with CFO on demand planning, PO issuance, inventory tracking, compliance documentation. Coordinate with manufacturers to align production schedules with demand forecasts and working capital. Build, monitor and optimize supply chain KPIs. Collaborate cross-functionally (Marketing, CX) to ensure the supply chain and financial plans support broader business goals. Qualifications 3+ years experience in supply chain, operations, and/or commercialization. Proven ability to manage supplier relationships, 3PLs, and contract manufacturers. Expertise in demand planning, inventory management, and procurement. Strong command of Excel. Write “34” in the application under the question “What is your favorite number?” Experience creating and improving operational processes at an early-stage or high-growth company (not just operating existing systems).
