In this position, the Clerk will work with our sales, purchasing and other departments that oversee the entire production process with our OEM suppliers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Follow with suppliers and customers to fulfill orders and shipments Handle specs, artworks, and spare parts for products. Review purchase orders, sales orders, shipping documents and all related emails or shipments and orders to ensure proper Invoicing and after sales follow up. Follow up with email from customers from invoicing, purchasing and shipping departments Review and collect required documents to ensure balance and other payments to Manufacturers without delays. Oversee the Letter of Credit process with the customers’ bank Report directly to Product Manager Create, edit and update production spreadsheets, documents, and files Communicate with Latin American customer offices

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Associate’s degree in business required. 2 years in an office setting, experience in an international business industry preferred Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (will be tested)

Salary:

$24/hr. + (According to experience and education) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Experience with QuickBooks software preferred
