Position Mission Manage the logistics and operational mobility of the DSD team, contributing to resource optimization and strengthening budgetary control. Responsibilities Planning Plan, coordinate, and manage travel for the DSD team, ensuring cost efficiency and logistical compliance. Coordination and Execution Manage and control the budget allocated for travel and operational transportation. Maintain a detailed and up-to-date record of all expenses related to logistics and mobility. Develop periodic budget control reports. Analyze and optimize vehicle use and miles traveled. Support the implementation of technological and AI tools for continuous improvement of logistical processes. Collaborate with other departments to align logistics strategy with operational and financial goals. Assurance (Position KPIs) Ensure compliance with the key performance indicators (KPIs) established for the role. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in similar roles. Experience using Microsoft Office products including Excel (Advanced level) and Outlook. Authorized to work in the U.S.
Bilingual:
fluent in English and Spanish (Required) Skills Demonstrated ability to self-audit for very high level of accuracy Excellent verbal, written, computer, data communication and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines in a complex, high-paced environment. Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skill.
