Job Description
Logistician – Combat Skills Course This is a full-time, exempt position, contingent upon contract award Rigid Tactical is seeking a meticulous Logistician to manage the procurement, storage, distribution, and tracking of all logistical materials and resources vital for our Combat Skills Course. This role is crucial for handling ammunition, fuel, training equipment, and other essential supplies while adhering to Naval supply regulations and high-risk training requirements. The Logistician ensures proper management of all logistical materials, including ammunition, fuel, and training equipment, while maintaining compliance with Naval supply regulations and high-risk training standards.

Supply Chain & Inventory Management:
Requisition, receive, store, and allocate all necessary materials for the Combat Skills Course, including ammunition & explosives, training equipment, supplies, fuels, and operational resources. Maintain detailed inventory tracking for accurate accounting and ensure proper storage and handling of sensitive materials per military and federal regulations. + Coordination with
NSEOD Supply Department:
Work directly with the Naval School Explosive Ordnance Disposal (NSEOD) Supply Department to request and track government-furnished materials, manage expenditures for training resources, and ensure compliance with Naval supply policies and procedures. + Logistical Support for
Training Operations:
Ensure all training areas are properly stocked and set up before each session. Coordinate the transportation, storage, and security of sensitive materials, including Arms, Ammunition, and Explosives (AA&E). Work with the Training Coordinator and Project Manager for timely delivery of resources. +
Compliance & Safety:
Ensure all logistics operations adhere to Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations, NETC guidelines, and Navy safety policies. Maintain proper documentation for hazardous materials transportation and storage, and follow protocols outlined in
NAVSEA OP5
(Ammunition and Explosives Safety Ashore) + Strong organizational and record-keeping skills. Qualifications + Experience in military logistics, supply chain management, or warehouse operations. + Familiarity with Naval supply procedures and inventory management systems. + Knowledge of ammunition handling, transportation, and safety regulations. + Four (4) years’ experience in High-Risk Training Safety (HRTS).
