JOB SUMMARY
Works with purchasing, stockroom and other related departments to schedule and plan activities to ensure on-time delivery in support of the Company operations. Will expedite and track material to support the required schedules.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Coordinate material delivery from warehouse to production in support of the production schedule Review production schedule and work with appropriate departments to coordinate production activities Develop, issue and maintain manufacturing work orders Expedite material as needed Work with vendors to receive Return Material Authorization (RMA) to return and track returned defective material Work with production to track parts request issues and requisition sheets for defective parts to meet schedules Ensure that deliveries meet or exceed contract requirements Must be at assigned worksite during assigned hours 100% of time; less

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
HS Diploma or equivalent A minimum of 4 years of materials experience in a related industry Intermediate experience with MS Office Working knowledge of MRPs and APICS Working knowledge of electronic and mechanical assembly strongly preferred
