Job Title:

Logistics Coordinator We are seeking an experienced and motivated Logistics Coordinator to manage daily logistics and shipping operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is key to ensuring safety, accuracy, efficiency, and strong team collaboration while meeting production and delivery goals in compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Key Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in logistics coordination , particularly in managing shipments Solid understanding of export documentation and compliance requirements Proficiency with systems such as AS400, Oracle, or freight forwarding platforms Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities Effective communication skills for working with internal teams and external clients

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule domestic and international shipments Prepare and review export documents to ensure full compliance with regulations Track and manage shipments, ensuring on-time delivery and issue resolution Maintain accurate shipping records and support inventory management Collaborate with warehouse, production, and customer service teams to streamline logistics processes

Requirements:

Must be able to pass a drug test and background check High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or degrees are a plus Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
