The Role
We’re looking for a Technical Support & Installation Specialist to join our US team. This practical, hands-on role is all about getting our systems up and running, keeping them running, and making sure our clients are happy along the way.
You’ll be responsible for prepping and testing hardware in the warehouse, assisting with on-site installations, and supporting clients when they experience technical issues. You’ll work closely with our operations, support, and client success teams to ensure seamless execution and happy customers.

What You’ll Do
Logistics
Organize and coordinate hardware shipments to client locations
Maintain and manage inventory of equipment and components Installation & On-Site Support
Assist with system installations at new client locations
Troubleshoot installation issues on-site or remotely
Collaborate with clients and the GoPhoto team to ensure smooth setups
Ongoing Technical Support
Respond to support requests from client locations
Resolve issues or escalate them to the development team as needed
Help ensure stable, reliable performance across all operational sites
What We’re Looking For
Technically minded and comfortable working with hardware & basic software
A practical, hands-on problem solver with a can-do attitude
Detail-oriented and organized — especially when handling inventory and logistics
Comfortable traveling occasionally for installations and support Requirements
Basic technical skills (experience with hardware like cameras, touchscreens, tablets, etc.)
Experience in a technical support or operational role is a plus
Valid driver’s license (travel required for installations)
Based in or near Orlando, FL
Able to lift, handle, and transport hardware equipment when needed Why Join Us?
