Located in the United States, this position involves analyzing data to drive operational efficiency and support our mission of redefining the logistics landscape. Responsibilities Analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Utilize business intelligence tools such as Power BI and Tableau to create insightful reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance service delivery. Forecast operational needs based on data analysis and market trends. Support project management initiatives aimed at expanding our regional sorting centers and distribution capabilities. Conduct business analysis to inform strategic decisions regarding logistics operations. Requirements Fluent in Mandarin and English Proficient in Excel and data analysis tools. Strong communication skills Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to manage projects effectively and work collaboratively with diverse teams. Experience in sales or understanding of sales processes is a plus.
