Responsible for Recruitment & assist w/client scheduling. Essential Functions Interviews and screens all applicants and provides a positive candidate experience Assists with recruiting, onboarding, orientation, in-services, etc. Answers telephone, takes inquiries or messages in an upbeat, professional manner. Communicates continually with associates and clients to evaluate service. Serves as liaison between associates and Office Manager Responds promptly and courteously to all clients’ calls Maintains integrity in every interaction with caregivers and clients Ability to problem solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment Schedules and coordinates day to day activities of caregivers Maintains documentation of associate work record in WellSky and ensures current and complete personnel records for all home care associates Performs on-call coordinator duties as needed Maintains professionalism in all interactions Ability to multi-task Serves as a team player in an office environment Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Availability Read, write, speak, and understand English and Spanish as needed for the job. Must have a valid driver’s license and use of insured automobile or access to adequate transportation. Primarily works out of local office. Right At Home may assign additional duties as required.
