Supply Chain Management Specialist – MST Position Available In Palm Beach, Florida

Description Position Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Manager, Supply Chain – Digital IT to lead global category management and sourcing efforts for IT and digital services. This individual will oversee a $200M global spend across software, hardware, data services, security, and telecommunications. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in developing and executing sourcing strategies that align with long-term organizational goals—focusing on cost optimization, risk mitigation, supplier performance, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Provide strategic leadership and oversight for global sourcing within the IT and digital services categories. + Develop and execute annual sourcing strategies to improve efficiency and drive value. + Lead supplier negotiations and manage key vendor relationships. + Manage the sourcing lifecycle from RFQ to contract execution. + Partner closely with internal clients and stakeholders to define sourcing needs and strategic improvements. + Analyze supplier operations to ensure alignment with quality, cost, and delivery expectations. + Drive strategic plans for key suppliers and commodities, ensuring performance meets business objectives. + Deliver measurable results in cost reduction, risk mitigation, and supplier optimization.

Requirements Required Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience OR Master’s degree with 5+ years of experience in global supply chain management, procurement, or related business functions. + Proven experience in IT and Digital category management, including sourcing of SaaS, cloud, hardware, and telecom services. + Strong contract negotiation and supplier performance management skills. + Ability to lead cross-functional teams and build consensus across global stakeholders. + Excellent business acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ MBA or advanced degree in supply chain, business, or a related field. + Experience leading global sourcing teams or managing enterprise-level supplier portfolios. + Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills. + Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
