None/Not Required Raytheon Program Managed by Collins Aerospace We are seeking to hire a Principal Specialist, Program Cost Controls individual contributor position within the Largo, Florida Operations Finance team. This team transitioned to Collins Aerospace Mission Space SBU and this role supports the IFF portfolio within the Resilient Navigation Solutions group and new business growth initiatives. This is a high profile, very demanding program role with multiple tasks and potential interfaces with multiple sites. The Principal Cost Schedule and Control Analyst will support and partner with their internal customers and provide guidance and knowledge of our cost position, risk and opportunities and policy and regulation compliance. We are looking for an individual with strong manufacturing/MRP acumen who can drive project excellence in areas of project startup/baselining, cost analysis, Estimates at Completions, and forecasting. You should possess a passion around program execution, finance learning and higher level problem solving by coordinating resolutions with the appropriate functional resources. This is a hybrid role working at our Largo, FL site. Selected candidate must reside within a commutable distance to this facility. No Relocation available for this position. - 164,000 USD.
The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
