$48.4K – $62.9K a year 20 hours ago Qualifications Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel Microsoft Outlook Management Mid-level Microsoft Office High school diploma or GED Supervising experience Communication skills Full Job Description Position Summary Primary responsibility is to review open liquid bulk orders and assemble full tanker shipments in load planning software while targeting customer desired metrics and maintaining customer satisfaction. Essential Functions Use freight optimization program to build truckloads of material shipping from our customer’s plants to their customer’s facilities. Work closely with field personnel and customer service to ensure trucks are efficiently loaded and routed Troubleshoot any emergencies on a daily basis to ensure 100% customer satisfaction Schedule and coordinate product transfers and customer returns. Populate key performance indicators on a monthly basis. Communicate daily schedule of loads to manufacturing plants and trucking terminals. Facilitate the flow of information between sales, operations, and customer service departments. Participate in distribution meetings with customer Help coordinate raw material backhaul opportunities on dedicated driver fleet. Fill in periodically at customer distribution center and perform basic production shop floor activities Qualifications SAP software experience preferred College preferred, but minimum High School diploma Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word and Excel Strong written and verbal communication skills Should have basic understanding of U.S. geography and be able to read a map. Knowledge of basic production operations and shop floor activities Willingness to travel Supervisory experience preferred
