What your day may look like: Coordinate and dispatch shuttle drivers for overnight operations. Communicate effectively with drivers to provide instructions and support. Interact with transportation managers to ensure timely and efficient shuttle runs. Monitor shuttle schedules and adjust as needed. Track and record shuttle movements and driver activities. Handle and resolve any issues or emergencies that arise during the shift. Maintain accurate logs and reports of shuttle operations. Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.

What we require:

High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in a dispatching or similar role, preferably in transportation, is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently and make quick decisions under pressure. Proficient in using dispatch software and other relevant computer applications. Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
