Traffic Coordinator 4.1 4.1 out of 5 stars Winter Haven, FL 33880 Aqua Gulf Xpress is seeking a Traffic Coordinator in Winter Haven! Our Traffic Coordinator play a key part in overseeing the receiving and shipping operations at one of our preferred customers’ sites. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent record-keeping abilities, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee the check-in and check-out processes for all incoming and outgoing shipments, including over-the-road (OTR) trucks, local deliveries, and regional intermodal loads. Accurately manage and process documentation for intercompany divisions to ensure seamless operational flow. Communicate clearly and professionally with internal departments and on-site personnel—including warehouse teams and management—via both verbal and written channels, including email. Monitor and record driver arrival times in alignment with our customers’ schedules. Able to move continuously between the office and warehouse to monitor and assess dock door availability, ensuring efficient shipping and receiving operations throughout the workday.

Qualifications:

Over one year of experience as a Traffic Coordinator or in a similar role is preferred. A High School Diploma or GED is required. Bilingual speaking (Spanish/English) is preferred. Experience in customer service, with a focus on account management. Proven ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a time-sensitive environment. Proficient with Outlook, Excel, and Word. Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
