Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk / Access Control Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally. Monitor and manage gate access for visitors, vendors, and drivers. Inventory & Logistics Coordination Check inventory for out-of-stock items and report discrepancies. Track and document AB pallet movement daily using a tracking spreadsheet. Scan and file Bills of Lading (BOLs) daily for record keeping. Ensure accurate keying and filing of all BOLs. Driver and Dock Operations Facilitate dock sales and support dock traffic flow. Check out GCED drivers and ensure completion of required paperwork. Assign pallet locations and update records for inventory movement. Conduct regular walkthroughs Administrative Functions Maintain and update the code dating reference book. Assist in the slotting process for pick locations on a monthly basis. Update and maintain tracking spreadsheets for new items and pallet activity.
Manage specific chain orders:
Process and validate accurately and promptly. New Item Setup & Management Coordinate new item setup via: Monitoring and responding to related emails. Slotting new SKUs into designated warehouse locations. Logging entries into the new item tracking spreadsheet. Order Inventory for
Select Supplier Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred. 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics administration a plus Knowledge of Google Suites Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a dynamic environment. Forklift certification a plus (if applicable to the facility).
Work Environment:
Combination of office and warehouse environment. Requires standing/walking during warehouse walkthroughs. May involve lifting lightweight materials or equipment occasionally.
