We are seeking a 1st Shift Transportation Clerk to fulfill and process orders, schedule outbound shipments, and oversee the general organization of transportation. The starting pay for this position is $21-$22/hour.

What You’ll Do:

Track and coordinate the movement of goods, ensuring accurate delivery. Schedule delivery appointment for inbound and outbound shipments. Prepare and compile information to record key performance indicators. Identifies and resolves discrepancies or anomalies related to shipments. Interact with brokers, customers and suppliers to address issues. Prepares shipping documents, verifying manifests, invoices and orders. Perform or assist with any operations, as required or directed, to maintain workflow. Provide outstanding customer service and uses positive interpersonal communication skills. Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternate solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems. You:

High school diploma At least 1-year experience as a Transportation Clerk or related job experience. 12 months related experience Proficient computer skills:

MS Office:

Word, Outlook, TEAMS, and Excel. Proficient with scheduling. Analytical/Mathematical Skills. Excellent written and verbal communications skills (internal and external customers and vendors). Effectively communicate information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers. Must be able to work additional hours or beyond standard schedule with little or no-notice.
