Full Job Description Location:

Altamonte Springs Schedule:

Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Some weekend partial shifts may be required for overtime eligibilty)

Compensation:

Hourly, with overtime eligibility

Position Summary:

A leading Cord Blood Bank is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Product Distribution and Materials Specialist . This key role is responsible for ensuring timely distribution of frozen cellular products to physicians and hospitals, as well as managing critical supply and equipment logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage distribution of frozen cellular products Perform accurate data entry and record keeping Order and receive consumable materials and supplies Schedule service and maintenance for laboratory equipment Support inventory control and ensure compliance with handling protocols

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED equivalent required Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and internal systems) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation and punctuality
