Full Job Description Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Coordinate and administer relationships with suppliers designed to create and maintain favorable public image for employer and clients. Maintain inventory and understand need for strategic parts list and regular ordering schedules. Maintain supplier relationships. Communicate with suppliers regarding delivery expectations and customer needs. Negotiate pricing, minimums and delivery with suppliers. Meet with current and potential suppliers to discuss market opportunities and promote company products, capabilities and services. Understand what products the manufacturers offer and markets they serve. Research industry sources and organizations, internet information, trade magazines and technical trends. Identify and assess market competition and evaluate and recommend potential market opportunities. Establish processes to streamline pricing requests and quick turn responses from suppliers.

Other Duties & Responsibilities:

Perform or assist with any operations as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules and quality requirements. Maintain safe work area and comply with safety procedures and equipment operating rules keeping work area in a clean and orderly condition. Participate in any variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements and policies.

Job Requirements:
