This includes arranging transportation to all destination points, such as third-party warehouses, subcontractors, and customers. Provides needed paperwork to all associated entities, including service providers and Customs. Responsibilities

• Responsible for distribution of shipping documents, including ISF’s, mill invoices, and material certifications.
• Obtains twice weekly tracking updates from forwarders.
• Creates packing lists in system for all freight moves, including mill to warehouse as well as warehouse to customer.
• Creates and distributes mill material certification to customers.
• Arranges material transfers from mill to subcon or subcon to customer.
• Arranges freight moves from warehouse to customer, etc.
• Verifies freight and warehouse bills (finance rate, weight, pallet count) for finance.
• Sends Advance Shipping Notices (ASN’s) to customers daily for all orders shipped.
• Forwards proof of delivery documents (POD’s) to sales as deliveries are confirmed with the forwarders.
• Quotes existing and new lanes with Forwarders / Broker Qualifications
• 2+ years of work experience in logistics
• Familiarity with SAP
• The scope of this role is companywide
