This role includes managing transportation equipment, monitoring site operations, and ensuring timely, efficient logistics processes. Responsibilities Verify and upload driver training certifications. Monitor and track Hours of Service (HOS) weekly. Assist with the administration of the Random Drug Testing Program. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations and resolve issues. Manage vehicle titles, registration, plate renewals, and DMV paperwork. Ensure compliance with all applicable safety and logistics regulations. Skills & Qualifications Strong knowledge of safety procedures, yard management, and logistics policies. Familiarity with Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs). Understanding of OSHA and federal, state, and local safety regulations. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn reporting applications quickly.
