Burnsed Trucking, a leader in refrigerated logistics, is hiring a Logistics & Accounting Assistant to join our growing team. We’re looking for someone detail-oriented, dependable, and experienced in both office operations and logistics paperwork.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with invoicing, billing, and reconciliation
- Process proof of delivery (PODs) and bills of lading (BOLs)
- Support our accounting team with data entry and document tracking
- Help ensure timely and accurate client billing
- Communicate with drivers and customers as needed
What You Bring:
- Prior office experience in accounting support or admin work
- Familiarity with trucking documents like PODs and BOLs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Bonus if you’ve worked in logistics or transportation
