CPL Aromas Reports to: Customer Service Manager Job Purpose Planning, printing & releasing customer orders (with relevant documents) to the factory according to delivery date and production resource capacity. To provide internal order administration support between production and other departments to ensure on time and efficient production. To update and maintain inventory data at D365 to align with actual stock in production for accurate planning. Tasks and Responsibilities Assist the Production Planner in planning, printing & releasing production order to factory together with corresponding labels and instructions. Response and prioritize orders according to customer service requests. Review raw materials, solutions, and base for each works order, to identify any shortages before release. To firm and print work orders to production when there is ad hoc order. Check if works orders have a special manufacturing instruction, and issue as required. Adjust yield (wastage) for firmed jobs & other stock adjustment / discrepancy reported in production. Book in materials into the ERP upon receipt of goods Monitor and keep track any pending orders in manufacture process and provide relevant follow up. Support the monthly safety stock planning and other daily monitoring review reports. Facilitate the communication and information flow between purchasing, production, QC & Customer service to ensure the efficient production.
