Order Entry and Logistics Coordinator Shift/Hours:

Monday•Friday, 8:00 am•5:00 pm

Pay Rate:

$20•$23/hour DOE

Location:

Cartersville, GA

Experience:

1+ year in order entry/logistics communications.

Order Entry and Logistics Coordinator Job Duties:

Receive and process customer orders accurately via email and phone.
Enter detailed order information into the Sage Order Management System.
Maintain and update order tracking and information in spreadsheets.
Coordinate freight scheduling and communicate with carriers/dispatchers.
Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams on order status.
Identify and escalate order discrepancies or logistical issues promptly.

Order Entry and Logistics Coordinator Skills:

Proficient in accurate and efficient data entry.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite, especially beginner/intermediate level Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Familiarity with Order Management Systems (Sage preferred, similar systems considered).
Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and problem-solve effectively.

Order Entry and Logistics Coordinator Requirements:

Must pass skills assessments.
Ability to speak/understand English.
Able to provide 2 professional references.
Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen.
