Contact carrier representative to make arrangements and to issue instructions for shipping and delivery of materials Prepare and file Domestic and International Export / Import documentation Responsible for packing for export shipments Examine contents and compare with records, such as manifests, invoices, or orders, to verify accuracy of incoming or outgoing shipments Provide necessary reports to management Perform other job duties as needed Bilingual Japanese /

English Logistics Coordinator Requirements Include:

Associates’ degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience Business level Japanese language skill is required (JLPT N2 or higher) Shipping, Receiving, Logistics experience is a plus Excellent Communication (Speaking, Writing, Reading, Listening) skills Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word) Advanced level of Microsoft EXCEL skill is required Must be able to work responsibly, effectively, and independently when needed Teamwork skills are a MUST! Must be flexible and be able to work under a multicultural environment Organizational and time management skills While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.
