Responsibilities:
Coordinate and implement supply room layout updates and inventory optimization projects. Collaborate with nursing teams to identify supply-related pain points and propose actionable solutions. Monitor and track nursing satisfaction related to supply availability and accessibility. Assist in maintaining accurate Min/Max levels for storeroom and unit-based supply areas. Support the rollout of new supply chain initiatives and tools. Conduct regular walkthroughs of supply areas to ensure organization, cleanliness, and compliance. Maintain effective communication with nursing staff, supply chain team members, and leadership. Participate in quality improvement efforts related to supply chain operations.
