You will be responsible for communicating and collaborating with our office administrators to make sure shifts are filled for our clients and caregivers. You will be expected to make outbound calls to clients and caregivers to confirm schedules, as well as answer inbound calls while providing clarification as needed. You will be trained to use our scheduling software (AxisCare) and be expected to regularly verify visits and provide documentation. You will responsible for assisting in creating more efficient processes and improving daily operations within the business. Qualifications BA/BS degree or relevant experience 2+ years experience in healthcare related field or hospitality industry Proficient in using a computer Effective organizational and prioritizing skills required Effective written and verbal communication.
