Solution IT Inc. is looking for a Incident manager/Principal support consultant WMS Supply chain domain one of its clients in Atlanta, GA (Local only may require in-person client interview)

Job Duties
Strong understanding in supply chain principles and expertise in Order Management and Warehouse Management.
Functional knowledge in end-to-end warehouse systems with an experience Manhattan Associates’ Warehouse Systems.
Complete understanding of Order Management System , inbound, inventory and outbound in a Warehouse.
Strong experience in supporting Client Warehouse system by handling Service tickets raised.
Experience in handling Functional/Technical configuration for Warehouse management system.
handling daily production incidents, Service tickets & Problem Tickets and providing quick solutions to issues to minimize the impact
on production system.
Analyse, finding RCA for recurring production issues and provide possible Fix for the issues.
Collaborate and coordinate with business teams to support any changes in WMS application.
Required Skills
Must have recent Experience of ServiceNow At least three years’ experience working in IT service management, and supply chain domain.
Strong knowledge of IT service management software including ITIL and COBIT.
Ability to analyze a high volume of technical data and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem solving, analytical, and time management skills.
