Consultants Fulltime/Contract JGA LLC Atlanta, GA 30312 • Hybrid work

Key Responsibilities:
Implement and support
MD365 WMS
solutions for new and existing warehouse environments. Configure and tailor WMS modules to meet specific business requirements and workflows. Partner with distribution center (DC) operations, solution architects, and delivery teams to design, build, and roll out capabilities. Conduct functional workshops and gather requirements for WMS solution design. Create technical documentation, functional specifications, and configuration plans. Support testing efforts (FUT, SIT, UAT) and end-user training. Troubleshoot issues, execute root cause analysis, and recommend long-term solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with other MD365 modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain).
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management (preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in WMS implementations, with at least 3 years in
MD365 WMS.
Proven expertise in
MD365 WMS
configuration, solution design, and functional support. Strong understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain execution processes. Proficiency in writing and executing SQL queries to support testing and reporting. Experience capturing detailed business requirements and converting them into solution designs. Excellent communication and documentation skills; able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments.
