Job Description:

Play a role in developing and implementing supply chain strategies for customers. Provide insight into route and trailer optimization, routing designs and models for cost savings. Source carriers and conduct bid opportunities. Monitor industry trends to ensure timely adjustments on service offerings and pricing positions. Foster client relationships. Develop improved processes and decision support tools. Analyze client transportation data to quantify savings via utilization and network optimization. Formulate models to analyze shipping, customer, pricing and cost data to build reports and dashboards to support internal and external customer needs. Work with intermodal carriers for pricing and solutions. Analyze customer data to create truckload solutions for revenue growth. Establish toolset for conducting requests for proposals in support of clients. Maintain a strategic carrier development program leveraging national, regional, and local carriers.

Job Requirements:

Required:

Bachelors or foreign degree equivalent in Business Administration or Logistics plus 1 year experience in job offered or as Business Associate and/or Consulting Associate. Requires experience analyzing data and implementing business systems for cost savings purposes.
