Job Description

Print Production Coordinator Job Description The Print Production Coordinator is responsible for managing the entire print production process, from data procurement to final delivery. They work with a variety of stakeholders, including vendors, clients, and internal teams, to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities Data procurement:

Collect and manage data from vendors, Client CRM, Client-provided data, and the client database.
Manifest management: Create and update manifests for all print jobs.
Print purchase order management: Place purchase orders with vendors and track their progress.
Pre-press campaign management: Prepare files for printing and ensure that they meet quality standards.
Data-uploading to internal

CRM:

Upload data to the CRM system for performance tracking.

Data Transfer:

Responsibly receive, transmit and handle consumer and customer data per our company’s data handling agreements, work procedures and policies. Review and follow data privacy practices, policies and guidelines, including annual certification and acknowledgement of privacy practices.

Daily Tasks include:

Fulfillment of new count requests (all vendors and mediums)
Custom audience curation and management
Secure data transfer to all required campaign vendors
Send to print tasks (mail, creative, etc. to printer)
Pre-Press Proofing and task completion
OEM Co-op Documentation fulfillment

Periodical Tasks Include:

Manual matches for back up reporting
Requesting manual data pushes from clients as needed
Audience analysis and best practices
Providing Onboarding with DMS integration Status Updates Qualifications Skilled in

Microsoft Excel:

Proficient in utilizing advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data analysis, and macros to streamline workflows and improve data accuracy.
Strong experience with data visualization tools in Excel, including charts and graphs, to present complex information in an easily digestible format.
Working knowledge in Excel’s formulae and conditional formatting to automate and manage large datasets, reducing manual work and increasing efficiency. Not Required; but

Nice-to-have:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field of study, 2+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Experienced in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace tools, and experienced in Salesforce
