Our mission is to help brands scale smarter by optimizing their supply chain, simplifying returns, and growing their online presence through efficient and technology-driven support.

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a proactive and driven Sales Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and selling Green Wave Electronics’ suite of services to eCommerce brands, retailers, and manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and qualify new leads across eCommerce, retail, and product-based businesses Present and promote Green Wave Electronics’ services: distribution, fulfillment, RMA management, and eCommerce marketing Build tailored proposals that align with client goals and pain points Manage sales cycles from initial outreach to contract close Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction Maintain accurate records in CRM and track key performance metrics Monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer feedback to stay ahead of the market

What You Bring:

1-3 years of successful B2B sales experience (logistics, supply chain, or eCommerce solutions preferred) Strong communication and presentation skills Results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable managing multiple deals and timelines simultaneously Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce Proficiency with ZoomInfo a big plus Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not required
